Crystal Bridal Veils- Terms and Conditions (Customers)
By placing an order with Crystal Bridal veils, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and us (Crystal Bridal Veils).
An Important Note About Children.
Our services are not available to children and we ask that persons under the age of 18 do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Money back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of receipt and we will happily refund your card or offer a replacement item. Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. This includes all made to measure, veils,Hoopedskirts,favour bags,headdress,Flowers or pettie coats that have been made to order. All credits will be reimbursed to the card that was charged on purchase with no exceptions (unless you have payed by cash).
Delivery Charges
We endeavour to keep postage and packing charges to a minimum. These are calculated on overall weight and world zones. Please check the price of P&P on your order from your "order" before placing your order. It is in your own interests to make multiple purchases at the same time to minimise this cost - expected delivery on these orders will be as per the item with the longest lead time. Please refer to Delivery times in the Faq menu which is accessible via the guest book page of this site.
Delivery
All items are delivered via recorded delivery/first class post (UK) or via "Royal Mail air service" - signed for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking of all items despatched. All expected delivery times given are estimates, and do not form part of any contract. We aim to despatch most goods to you within 2 weeks of order. If your "required by" date is less than this, urgent orders can be accommodated to be despatched within 1 week. Please note that any goods found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced, but time must be allowed for the returned goods to arrive back to us before replacement goods are despatched. It is therefore your responsibility to allow ample time prior to your wedding for contingencies.
Address Requirements
We will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment, then the flat number and building number must be clearly stated. An e-mail address is essential so that we can: a) Confirm your order and expected delivery date. b) Inform you when your order has been despatched and issue an on-line tracking number with instructions.
Non- Deliverable Items
If any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we will not be held accountable for late delivery. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the client.
Customs/ Import Duties
Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. Crystal Bridal veils will not pay any fees relating to import tariffs.
Returns Policy
Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately. If you are not totally satisfied with your goods you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of order to gain an authorised returns code. The goods must then be despatched to us within 5 days. The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge. Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client's charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Please allow 14 (7 days for urgent re-placement) days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be re-shipped. Crystal Bridal Veils reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10%. Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled
How to return an item
Please contact our sales department by clicking the link below, or telephone within 2 days of receipt to let us know that you intend returning an item and the reasons for your return. Repackage the item(s) with the original packaging and paperwork and send to:

Your address must be clearly marked on the back of the parcel and labelled "sender". We recommend that you return items via a "recorded delivery" means so that proof of despatch and receipt can be obtained. Crystal Bridal Veils accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Security Policy
All information given on this website is held by Crystal Bridal Veils and is not divulged to any third party. All payments are made via the secure server "Paypal/NOCHEX". All payments are authorised with MasterCard and Visa prior to despatch of goods. Full payment for goods and postage will be debited from your card upon submission of your order form. A 7-day cooling off period must elapse before goods will be despatched. This will also assist in keeping credit card fraud to a minimum. Any payments suspected to be fraudulent, will be subject to further investigation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Members Log-on
All information given on this website will be treated as confidential, and will not be divulged to any third parties. Correspondence regarding future promotions and news, from Crystal Bridal Veils, will only be made upon authorisation from you, via our Mailing List on our home page. If you opt not to receive such mailings then you will only receive correspondence from us concerning the progress of your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing or via e-mail within 7 days of order. Thereafter all orders will be considered a legally binding contract and subject to these terms and conditions.
Wedding Gowns
All our wedding dresses are hand-made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns or give refunds due to incorrectly ordering, issuing of incorrect measurements and sizes upon ordering or ordering the wrong colour.
If your dress is received not as ordered, I.E. size or colour are not as requested, then we will offer either an exchange or a full refund.
Refunds or exchanges will be made for any dress received damaged or faulty
Dresses do require a signature as proof of delivery. We advise you supply us with your telephone contact details should the courier not be able to deliver your dress for any reason as they will call you if they can.
Please check your size against our measurement chart only. Do not use any other size charts. Make sure you follow the rules exactly as shown and ensure that you do not measure yourself. Allow someone else to take your measurements for you.
We try to deliver all gowns within 4 to 6 weeks, however sometimes for reasons beyond our control packages can get delayed in shipment. If you are on a tight schedule please consider requesting we send the dress by Fed-EX which is on a 2 to 3 day delivery plan (There is an extra charge for this)
Sale Items
All the above terms and conditions applly to all sale items. Vouchers are not Redeemable on any items in the sale.

We try our very best to satisfy the needs of all businesses listed; however we're unable to answer questions relating to the ranking and or positioning of individual listings.

We agree (at our discretion) to include two web site links per listing. This web site link must relate to the published listing. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any business with affiliate links. We do not link to web sites with manipulated link exchanges, aimed at confusing the visitor. Our return link should be placed on your main (1st) links page, within a clearly visible position. We do not accept listings from web sites, which contain content not safe' for children, and/or web sites, which are affiliated to web sites containing such content. We reserve the right to decide what is' and what is not' safe content for children.
Refusal, Termination or Withdrawal of Advertising
We reserve the right to remove any listing from our web site without notice if we receive a substantiated complaint and or if we consider the complaint to be serious enough to affect the integrity of our web site. In all cases our decision will be final. In such instances a refund will not be paid for any unused portion of any paid advertising term and under no circumstances will any compensation be payable for any loss howsoever incurred, to include loss of income or re-advertising costs.
